➺ no evidence of ongoing infection, fracture, cancer, or autoimmune condition.
➺ had no adequate answers, or treatment, from conventional medics.
➺ showed up intermittently, and caused distress.
➺ multiple versions (e.g. back pain, migraine, and/or IBS).
➺ an underlying cause that is not acceptably addressed.

I would have continued in the same cycle of anxiety and depression, then recover a bit and it started again. I can now recognise the signs of becoming anxious/stressed and stop it.
You have to give it a go. You may not think it will help, but if you don’t try it you’ll never know. It helped me more than I thought possible. I believed nothing could help me, but without Tina I’d never have got better.
