For years, I suffered with anxiety, Fibromyalgia, IBS, Temporomandibular Jaw Dysfunction, and severe migraines...
Until I learned to overcome these conditions and start taking control of my body and life.
I was able to go from working part-time for the NHS and struggling on my entrepreneurial journey to going full force with my business, knowing “I can do this now!” My anxiety and pain no longer limited me.
