Who's this for?
➺ Symptoms of IBS (diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, stomach pain, fatigue) that have lasted for more than 3 months.
➺ You have had tests that rule out anything major happening.
➺ You have had no adequate answers, or treatment, from the doctors or specialists you have seen.
➺ You have more than one stress illness (e.g. back pain, migraine, and IBS).
➺ You know there is an underlying cause that is not acceptably addressed.
➺ You feel misunderstood, stressed, and invisible.
Are you curious to investigate why your IBS started and motivated to do what you can do to stop it?
An explanation of the scientifically-proven biopsychosocial model of IBS
Four weekly sheets to be able to track symptoms, situations, and intake.
Reduce daily recording time to less than 5 minutes by only recording essential evidence!
Plus extra space to note what you think is causing your symptoms
The opportunity to discover the true triggers of your symptoms
Save time by only tracking the things that matter
The possibility to uncover the real reason your IBS symptoms first started
What I think is especially important is that I have not just been given tools to 'cope', I have been shown a process and have slowly learnt and experienced it. This isn't really something you can 'lose' once you understand it. I am now more resilient and able to tackle day to day with more joy and less stress.
My CPPS and IBS symptoms are now under control. I can go and do what I want without worrying about them. They are not totally gone yet, but I have many days gone by without any symptoms whatsoever. I am experiencing fewer and fewer symptoms with every passing week and have no doubt I can completely resolve them with a little more time. I don't experience any pain whatsoever anymore if I get symptoms.
Overall, I feel like I have control over my mind and body again!
Thanks!

I would have continued in the same cycle of anxiety, depression then recover a bit and it start again. I now can recognise the signs of me becoming anxious/ stressed and stop it.
You have to give it a go, you may not think it will help, but if you don’t try it you’ll never know. It helped me more than I thought possible. I believed nothing could help me, but without Tina I’d have never got better.
Yes
Tina’s approach is open yet structured. Everything makes sense and she talks about the right things at exactly the right the time.

The resulting anxiety creates a build up of cortisol in the body and as a result, weakens the effect that serotonin has in the brain.
This means you are more susceptible to depression and low mood. AND it stops the endorphins being used for pain suppression, meaning more pain issues may come up and a reduced pain threshold.
Also, long term high levels of cortisol can increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and other chronic diseases.
In short, chronic pain can cause anxiety, low mood, and further pain. If you do not stop it, it continues to feed itself.
Add to this, the amount IBS affects your ability to work, the cost of medications and supplements, the restrictions on your diet, and the loss of freedom and enjoyment in life generally. Isn't it about time you looked at alternate ways to combat it?
You’re not alone, you know?
For years, I suffered with IBS, anxiety, Fibromyalgia, Crohn's Disease, Temporomandibular Jaw Dysfunction, and severe migraines...
Until I learned how to overcome these conditions and start taking control of my body and life.
I was able to go from working part-time for the NHS and struggling in my business to living life fully, knowing “I can do this now!” My IBS, anxiety and pain no longer limiting me.
Now, I help others to relieve their IBS and stress using my experience, my professional and clinical experience, and based on the scientific Biopsychosocial, Gut-Brain Axis perspective.
