We will prepare for planting with an introduction to how the gut and digestive system respond to stress. In order to get the results you want, it’s important you understand what’s actually going on in your brain and body, and how you can control it.

Emotional

Having IBS can affect your emotional state in several ways. I'll teach you how to watch the weather of your emotions, to gain a deeper understanding of how they show up in the body. To resolve your symptoms, you need to reduce your stress and deal with your IBS at a psychological level too.

Thoughts

For those of you who tend to be worriers, strivers, perfectionists, or people-pleasers, we address how specific thought patterns can be unhelpful. Once you have pinpointed the root cause of your anxiety and IBS, I will teach you exactly how to reap what you sow.

Do I have to be on Facebook to access the membership?

The online community is hosted within Facebook, but the teaching will take place on Zoom and be available on an online portal. 

What if I can't attend a session?

All teaching and coaching sessions will be recorded and uploaded to an online portal which you will have exclusive access to.

How often are the sessions?

Coaching sessions will take place every month and will be recorded and uploaded to the portal. You have continuous access to the library of information and tools in the portal. There will be ongoing support within the Facebook community for as long as you are registered in the membership.

What support is available?

You will be invited to join a supportive online community. There will be the opportunity to ask any questions about the course content within this group. And you will have access to an online library of resources including videos, audio files, PDF worksheets and guides to assist you throughout the course.

Will this work for me?

As with everything in life, there are no guarantees. However, those clients that follow the PETAL Plan in individual therapy, complete all the required tasks, and put the learning into practice in their own lives, have successfully reduced their symptoms and improved their emotional wellbeing by the end of their treatment.

What if I want a refund?
